Daft/Transformers

Almost everyone has heard that if you take Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon and watch The Wizard of Oz, it seems to make follow along and parts of the movie happen in sequence to the music.

I've never tried it, but the sheer volume of people I've heard about it from pretty much confirms it's veracity. Now we may be in store for another example of this. It has been claimed that the album Homework by Daft Punk syncs up perfectly to Transformers: The Movie.

Tom Cruise Kills Oprah

Did you hear that Tom Cruise killed Oprah? Oh it's true. They even have video.

Bastet

Head on over to the Abandoned Bricks homepage if you're ready to play the worst game of tetris of your entire life.

Unlike normal Tetris, however, Bastet does not choose your next brick at random. Instead, Bastet uses a special algorithm designed to choose the worst brick possible.

It's horrible. It's great. It's Bastet.

ClickRed

ClickRed

Another very creative flash game. All you have to do is click the red spot on the screen, but if you miss you'll go back a level.

Short game, but the real trick is doing it in as little time as possible. I'm currently shooting for under a minute.

PBF

Similar to another webcomic I posted recently (SMBC), the Perry Bible Fellowship is extremely random and therefore hilarious in my book.

Mr T - Treat your mother right

Mr T - Treat your mother right

Words fail me.

Save the kittens!

Save the kittens! is the most twisted, original, and fun webgame I've seen in a very long time.

You have to save the falling kittens from an terrible demise (pavement dive) with what appears to be a mattress.

It's extremely hard, but the most fun can be had by seeing how high you can bounce a kitten. I slammed one up there so far he's never coming down.

Lost in Translation

Lost in Translation is a site that uses Altavista's babelfish engine to translate the text you enter back and forth between 5 different languages. By the time it gets back to English, it makes no sense whatsover.

Examples:
I'm a little tea pot, short and stout.

translates to

They are a small POTENTIOMETER, short circuits and a beer of malzes of the tea.

a cookie is just a cookie, but fig newtons are fruit and cake.

translates to

biskuit has expert of biskuit, but Newton von Fig is fruit and hardens.

When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore.

translates to
