Evil Josh and Billy is a series that follows two young villains in their everyday lives of growing to be supervillains. Evil Josh is a seventeen-year-old with high aspirations of world domination and Billy is his ten-year-old brother who wishes to grow up to be the world's maddest scientist.

I watched these recently, and I can't get them out of my head. The first episode was overly goofy, but starting with the second episode, the series hit its stride. The third and fourth episodes are, at moments, brilliant. It's the type of humor that first makes me laugh and then sticks with me because it rings so true. It's only pure luck that I was able to get some of the jokes, so I'm probably missing (I will guess) a third of the humor, but it's still darn funny. For example, I only recognized one of the judges in the third episode, Professor Farnsworth from _Futurama_, so the other three are probably joke guest appearances also.
