Another puzzle site

This one is a bit easier than the last one I posted (thank God).

General hint: the goal is to move to the next screen by deciphering what the next URL is, and later what the user & pass for the next URL is.

On screen #3 remember that False = off, and True = on. Post questions/comments in the comments section (btw, you can post comments anonymously even though it asks you for a username and password, there is a link at the bottom for anonymous).
