Mind-numbing puzzle site

You want some mental excercise? The go here. It's a puzzle site, but you wouldn't know it at first.

To start, click on the dryer and go to the next page. Drag your mouse over the page to highlight and you'll see a lot of weird symbols. Paste them all into notepad and change them to Courier New, Font size 3.

I don't want to give any more away here, but I'll post a little more in the comments.

After putting the code in notepad, you should see a huge ASCII note that says:

Alexander cut me
An oracle predicted me
A future king tied me
Say my name to clear your path

To find out the answer to that riddle, go brush up on your history.

If you click on the text that says Asia Awaits you'll get a username/password dialog box. The username is the guy who cut the knot, and the password is the name of the knot.

That brings you to another puzzle, which I haven't started yet...

Ok, on the second page, with the picture of the Scandinavian Imports truck, if you click the picture a popup will display with some Dutch text. Fire up a translator and you will get something like, "The boy will die alone." Nice, huh?

highlight underneath the truck you see a bunch of 3-digit codes. This gets you thinking, so you take a look at the page source (Edit, View Source) and see that there are in fact three sets of these.

What to do with them? It's easy.

They're ASCII codes. Open up notepad and hold down the ALT key while putting the 3-digit code in. For example, ALT+079 = O.

Another update soon!
